From the quiet beginnings of monthly furniture sales in a hired hall, Peter Wilson of Nantwich has developed over the last four decades into the leading firm of Fine Art Valuers and Auctioneers it is today.When in 1977 we purchased a period property in the shadow of the fourteenth century parish church of Nantwich, we were set to stamp our mark on the fine art world. This we have achieved by developing the premises and by organising sales of Fine Art and Antiques as well as weekly auctions of collectables, antiques and contemporary furnishings.In tandem, the necessary expertise has been granted which allows us to cover the whole spectrum of antiques and fine art with qualified, qualitative judgments and informed opinion.Consequently, we believe we are now one of the main centres for antique and fine art sales in the northern and midland counties.Peter Wilson draw upon the experience of their Valuers and specialist who are all authorities in their own field. The Specialist team of Valuers are always available between 10am and 4pm every Wednesday offering free valuations at our Market Street salerooms. However if the item is too large and cumbersome for you to bring to us, we will travel any distance, at a moments notice to provide you with the benefit of your knowledge on articles you are considering selling.Before including your item in our catalogue we like to agree on an estimated selling price.
